Gonna try this killer line up for about 2 months and see what I can do.
Diet is all chicken, steak, lean pork chop (boneless), grilled fish, roast beef, turkey, eggs, natty pb, low fat motz string cheese, almonds...Thats really about it besides veggies with the meals....When I need carbs they will be brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread (very minimal), then protein shakes are water based and then Sugar Free Jello if I need to curb any "sweet" tooth.
If I can stick to this I might damn well be in decent shape by the end of things...I will throw in there though that Im adding Beastdrol @ 20mg to for the next 3 to 4 weeks to additionally aid in muscle (building/retention) because I will basically be running myself into the ground when Im not lifting lol
If I wind up cutting down too far I can always bulk up, easier to do that than cut anyways figure I try to go for broke for the next couple months and the addition of my basketball league coming in now is def going to make things interesting, tiring, but I might be able to do some serious work.
