Don't worry about it random. People on here get jealous and like to hate. You have a good solid foundation, and I'm sure you'll throw on some mass once you hit your cycle. Lookin good bro! Lean and mean just the way I like to do it.

I love how everyone is always so quick to use the jealousy card, give me a fucking break; trust me jealousy does not fuel the animosity I've shown towards this ego maniac. Check out his post history, it's almost comical someone can think so highly of onself. By the way a pretty boy is determined by facial characteristic and I have yet to see a face pic. You've got a good base to build on. Good luck with the cycle. Focus on dead lifts it will broaden your back out and raise your traps and add an appearance of a better taper.
 
You have different goals than some people. If they don't share the same goals, or the same desires in a physique, then some may not like the way you look. Your lean. But you're not stacked. I've seen many people who have a physique as good as yours.

And don't call me jealous because I think being too lean is gross and ugly.

See with a comment like that i will go further than read ur comment telling me i look gay or not or Prettyboy is a modest word who care.. We are on Elitefitness and i am there only to improve my body, learn interesting things and meet cool people.
 
Jealousy and hate are intertwined; they are the same emotion expressed through different vehicles. In essence, jealousy creates animosity. You guys may not be jealous in the sense you are thinking about, but you're naieve to say there isn't some form of jealousy involved. I am just about done with my psychology and philosophy degrees, so you guys can tell me I'm full of shit, and it won't bother me one bit because I know that what I've said is backed by knowledge of the psych and personality. If you were not jealous at all, you would have no reason to say anything bad about the guy, regardless of whether or not you think he says stupid things. Just the fact that he gets under your skin means you have animosity towards him.

And I'm not saying I don't get jealous either. People get jealous through ideas. The idea of some kid coming on here and showboating pissed people off because he gets attention from it. I'm not trying to put anyone on this thread down; I was just trying to give the kid a reason not to worry about all the criticism. Everyone acts different, and if no one was jealous, no one would care what he said.

So you're jealous of the idea that people shouldn't be idiots, because in this case, you think he IS being an idiot, and you aren't getting what you want--your idea of how you think people should be--and that makes you jealous. Most people don't comprehend or see this, but jealousy is the root of all hate. If you let it go and let people be who they are, it wouldn't bother you. DZLS i m sorry for the bad things i told you.

U got strong arms and chest, you look good but like u said the only problem is the low abs. I would be you and if i was interested to lose that i would work the abs three times a week.
Cardio is not necessary. However if you include cardio 15-20min three times a week +
some nice sets(at least 6-8 with only 15sec of rest between the sets) of abs u will defined them faster. I principaly do abs sets after the cardio or after my work out.
