apathy went not on cycle

Hey peeps,

Wondering how you guys keep motivation up after a cycle has finished? (apologies if theres a million posts already about this!). I find I miss the pump so bad that I tend to focus only on my decent muscle groups, leaving leg workouts to absolute minimum. This has only recenly been happening and I was considering bridging with var. Is this apathy in my mind or is it physiological?

Any input greatly appreciated.
 
Not a great idea to bridge with more AAS....allow your body time to fully recover... however, it's not a bad idea to supplement with stuff like creatine, stimulants like Amp02, etc... diet should still be in check...try to keep intensity up as much as possible....get plenty of sleep...so this way, physiologically, you won't slump too much...as for mentally, you just gotta keep pushing and your mind will follow.

Yup. Thats the best thing you can do. Use as many good sups as you can get. pp,nelson,omega and the other sponsors have the good stuff.
 
also looking at motivational material helps me. such as bb magazines and dvds watching those guys workout. feeling down, watch pumping iron and u will be pumped again.
 
Stimulants can backfire because once you go off your metabolism is even slower than before -- defeating the purpose of trying to maintain lean muscle.
