Hey peeps,
Wondering how you guys keep motivation up after a cycle has finished? (apologies if theres a million posts already about this!). I find I miss the pump so bad that I tend to focus only on my decent muscle groups, leaving leg workouts to absolute minimum. This has only recenly been happening and I was considering bridging with var. Is this apathy in my mind or is it physiological?
Any input greatly appreciated.
