maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate. If you're looking for a 'sugar,' you should look into dextrose (aka corn sugar).

i have been using malto is my PWO for a while now, I picked up a tub of it w/ dextrose while back. Cant find the dextrose bag, but i just ran out of the malto, This whole time i should have been using Dextrose you think?
