First I would like to thank everyone for their input on this matter. I know I'm a newbie and I may not ask the right questions, but i'm learning. That's one of the things you guys are trying to tell me is learn more. I'm definitly going to give it a little longer before taking the plunge, i feel that the diet and work out regimint that i'm on will produce the long term results that i am looking for. I may sound like a teenager looking for some fast gains for spring break. but honestly i have done a lot of homework in the field of Health and Human Performance (Hell I have a college degree in H&HP). I know the things that are good and bad for my body and i feel with a little more knowledge on the subject i can really produce.
