going to start a 10 week cycle,3 egyption test per week (750) followed by a 3 week pct of hcg and nolvadex.going to also take test boosters when off and creatine.
keep getting told i overtrain,anyone suggest anything,i usually train triceps/chest monday,abs tuesday,legs,back and biceps wednesday,thursday rest and shoulders,chest and triceps fri.
anything more i can do for pct??
