newb here going on my first cycle coming up soon..
anyhow what i'm wondering is when i'm roasting should i not be partaking in any hardcore activities i plan on going to the gym and doing some light lifting and what not nothing too stressful.. maybe mon/wed/fri's .. but my key question is i'm going to be in a basketball league coming up soon.. and ill be on dnp while in the league.. should i take it easy during the games.. if i play will i drop dead?
