Shell Fish are great low fat sources of Protein though shrimp is high in cholesteral. Though I wouldnt worry about it. The more I read the more I keep hearing about dietary cholesteral not playing a large role in bodily cholesteral or heart problems. It seems these mostly stem from diets too high in saturated fats. I have even read that lobster is leaner then turkey breast.
On a side note to D. Bishop:
If it is 0 Fat, 0 Carbs; how is it only 25% protein? Where are the other 75% of calories coming from? Unless you meant 25 g of Pro(Which I am pretty sure you did since it is pretty much any other way impossible).
