is SHRIMP, LOBSTER, CLAMS good to eat?? i dont care for sodium but do this have lots of fat????? because i am allergic to fish but i can eat shrimp, lobster and clams

diamond for the bulking diet u never told me how much carbs to be taking in? since u said 300gram protein i beleive, but i dont wanna gain to much fat so u think 200gram carb okay, its bad enough i have a lower stomach :/ :/ (SHY) (SHY)

If you're bulking yuo should be eating more carbs than protein.

Lobster i seriously doubt has fat in it. Shrimp i'm not too sure of b/c i've heard it will raise cholesterol levels, and if this is true there may be fat in it. Clams i have no idea. In regards to one of the best sources of protein is fish .

all you have to do is go to a website that will tell you nutritional info on food. Look up shrimp and it will tell you how much fat each has. This way you will get a 100% right answer and not an opinion and not what someone "remembers"

Here ya go: FitDay.com

Also, I think shrimp is ok. Seafood gets a bad rap sometimes because it's so often served bathing in butter. I think most shelfish/seafoods are fine, although pretty expensive considering how much meat we all eat.

During my last cutting phase I was intrigued when I walked past the frozen foods section at my grocery store and saw some frozen squid (calamari) rings.... and the nutrition information said it was no carbs, no fat and something like 25% protein. And it was fairly cheap too....

.... sounds like a good deal to me. I just didn't know how to cook it without frying it.

I can't imagine there would be a whole lot of fat in seafood.... but I don't know.
