I also saw the original Hong Kong flick, Infernal Affairs. It's basically like a rough draft compared to TD. It also moves about 3x as fast and well, just seems very basic and calculated by comparison. It's still practically the same movie though, with only a few minor differences. Very different style overseas.

Either leo gave him an envelope or the psychologist did...Personally I don't think there's much to wonder as far as that goes.

Great movie!

Wahlberg figured out that Damon was a mole, but couldn't do anything about it as a cop. That is why he made a comment about him being back on the street or more dangerous on the street. The Psychologist gave him the envelope with the evidence after Leonardo's character was killed and Mark Wahlberg took care of Damon.

I have a friend that thinks Wahlberg was working for Nicholson, I don't think that is true. What would be the point? He was protecting DiCaprio the whole time.

Did you think Wahlberg resigned then killer Damon? I didn't think so. He just took revenge after he received the envelope from the psychologist. I don't believe Wahlberg was working for Nicholson, but I think he planted the other cop, (the guy who was shot and died on the couch) or perhaps he was working for another organization, I wasn't to clear on that. Being a romantic I think the baby was Leonardo's but not relevant to the story.
