Don't know if there is a name for this lift, but I merged a light DL while doing bent over BB rows...kinda cheat on the row because of the DL momentum, but can move more weight than just basic rows.

Seems to add quite a bit more cardio also...

Also, figure it might help on my DL form as well...


See any pros/cons....
