Anyone try the flax seed oil on protein factory?

$15.89 for 32oz of flax seed is pretty cheap, so has anyone here tried it? and whats the taste like?

I've been using it for almost a year now. the taste is very mild.

I never got a rancid batch from them....

Their hemp oil has a very "Grassy" taste and makes your drink green. Stick to the flax if you are weak of stomach.

I have yet to find a flax seed oil that I can get myself to take daily because I couldn't handle the flavor. However, I haven't tried either that have been mentioned thus far (health from sun and protein factory). By the way, anyone try the flax oil from massquantities.com?

Also, do you guys mix your oil with anything or do you just swallow a big spoonful of it everyday?

a good flax seed oil should NOT taste / smell bad
if it does, your oil got rancid
