Anyone taken proscar, nizoral, spiro and still lost hair on a cycle?

Just wondering if anyone has taken any of all of these during a cycle and still lost hair? Proscar, Nizoral, Folligen, or topical spironolactone. Any success stories? I am thinking of using all of them on my upcoming dbol, test cycle to keep my v shaped hairline form getting worse. If you still lost hair were you using high doses and did you already have thinning hair? Thanks.

I actually did when I was on a heavy cycle of test (>1gram).
I know Proscar is supposed to inhibit 5a-reductase, but maybe there is some sort of concentration factor involved, or possibly
side reactions that convert test to other metabolites besides DHT that have not been investigated. I'm being to just accept my genetic fate. But if you're not going real high, it should work fine
for you. BTW: I just used Proscar.

Thanks for the reply. I have only done one cycle of 750 mg of omna and it made my hairline v shaped (never was before cycle) so now I am nervous to do another. I want to be big but it is not worth going bald to me.

Damn it!!! How high of doses were you taking? Did you have thinning hair to begin with? I guess there is no sure fire way around hair loss on a cycle.

Test does not need to convert to DHT in order to exacerbate hair loss. Any steroidal molecule exhibiting androgenic properties has this potential. DHT is more active in the scalp than test, but test itself still does affect the hair line to a significant degree.

Just take Deca and Anavar. They are the only safe bets. And continue with the Nizoral and other hair products. Forget Propecia: DHT has certain benefits (sexual), so long as you're negating it at the scalp with hair topicals.
