If I was that worried about my "little dinky" I would not take a job where I had to show it.
It's not the little dinky I'm concerned about, it's the scared turtle shrinkage that bothers me. If I knew it was going to hang loose most of the time I would have no concern. Despite being "hung like a gorilla", I'm actually within the bounds of a normal man.
