Ok guys, well I have been dieting for like 15 weeks already and went from 235 pounds and 19.4% bf to today at 215 pounds and 13.6% bf. I was hoping to be a little lower bf so I am a little bit discouraged. Hitting the treadmill everyday for an hour, weights 3 times a week and calories at 2300. I have been rotating clen and ECA stack every 2 weeks and taking 250mg of DNP for 3 weeks on and one week off. Then starting it over again. I was hoping to just have to go another 5 or 6 weeks to be at my goal of 7%bf, but as far ast he numbers go it looks like I have 16pounds of fat still to go. Is there anything else out there I could take to burn bf??? I have been on 1-ad to hold onto muscle while i am dieting. Should I add T3 to the mix, or will it burn to much muscle since i aint juicin??? I thought or GH, or IGF-1. What else is out there that you guys would suggest??? I was going to add more aerobics and cut another 200 calories out. that a good idea???? Thanks for the help
