Anyone!! Please Help On Cutting, I Am Stuck!!!!

Ok guys, well I have been dieting for like 15 weeks already and went from 235 pounds and 19.4% bf to today at 215 pounds and 13.6% bf. I was hoping to be a little lower bf so I am a little bit discouraged. Hitting the treadmill everyday for an hour, weights 3 times a week and calories at 2300. I have been rotating clen and ECA stack every 2 weeks and taking 250mg of DNP for 3 weeks on and one week off. Then starting it over again. I was hoping to just have to go another 5 or 6 weeks to be at my goal of 7%bf, but as far ast he numbers go it looks like I have 16pounds of fat still to go. Is there anything else out there I could take to burn bf??? I have been on 1-ad to hold onto muscle while i am dieting. Should I add T3 to the mix, or will it burn to much muscle since i aint juicin??? I thought or GH, or IGF-1. What else is out there that you guys would suggest??? I was going to add more aerobics and cut another 200 calories out. that a good idea???? Thanks for the help

when you do cardio are you jogging or do you do intense cardio... bc if you are just going through the motions then you wont get great results...what does your diet consist of?

No offense but you're screwing yourself with this attitude. Dropping 20 pounds in 15 weeks is something you could have done for yourself without clen, ECA, and DNP.
 
something isn't right there bro... go post on the diet board. your diet has to be the problem. im on IGF1 now and it's leaned me out a bit but its expensive as shit and not even going to come close to the effects of what youve already used. youll get the help you need on the diet board

I'll second that. I dropped 13lbs in 4 weeks with cardio and ckd.
 
Hey there guys, thanks for the help. Ya I might be doing something freakin wrong I guess. I thought with ECA/Clen/DNP I would have dropped twice that freakin much bodyfat. What the hell!! My cardio is 1hour at 70% of Max Heart Rate. My diet is about a 30/30/30 split. Figured the lower carbs would help out . Hell I sure would hate to diet another 10 stinkin weeks. Damn!!

More protein brutha. Damn!- be careful with all the fat burners. Especially the DNP.
Personally , I think you need more attention to diet. The 30/30/30 thing is not good for bb'ers. Also, how's your water intake & what's your source of fats? With all that shit & 1AD, you've got to feel like shit-yes/no?
 
Toss the DNP. You have to tell us what your diet looks like. Post it on the diet board. I'd recomend, low-carb, high-protein, moderate fat. Something is wrong with the scenario, probably your diet. None-the-less, patience is still a part of dieting.
