So this is week 7 of my 300 deca and 200 winstrol per week first ever cycle, besides the oily skin, smaller nuts, and the fact that i wake up sweating, i think things are going well, the scale says i gained around 13 pounds, however as of the past three weeks im unable to run and do much cardio. From week one to like week 4 i a still doing my normal 9-12 miles per week, but now i cant do 2 without getting the worst pain in my lower right ankle, left shin, and lower back. Could the new weight i have put on be to much for my legs to handle? Unfortunetly im involved in an organization where by im evaluated on how fit i am, and this little situation is going to hurt me next time i have a fitness test.
