However, I am more concerned with being as fit as possible while doing as little harm for the long haul. Sitting all day, watching TV, driving everywhere, crap diet = all VERY unhealthy, but sadly, all too common *side effects* of evolution.
I am not really too concerned with having to chase down my next meal LOL so I will be happy to try to feel as strong and healthy as I can for as long as I can.

Swimming doesn't harm you while running can. Just my .02 which is like everybody's asshole.
