anyone know anything about pink eye?? DOCS??

ok.. I went to a shitty emergency clinic about my eye yesterday because I couldn't get an appointment at another doc. She looks at my eye for maybe 15 seconds and determines its an eye infection (pink eye) so she prescribes antibiotic drops. My mom said it doesn't even look like pink eye, so does my girl (she's in college to become an MD)... and the antibiotic drops aren't doing shit for my eye. The white part of my left eye is a very dark red color, and when I open my eye it almost looks as if my eye is bleeding, its very nasty. Do any of you have any theories on what this could be, because I believe that shitty clinic doctor misdiagnosed it. Also, my left lymph node is swollen pretty badly and is sore. anyone?

Spunky...not to flame a vet, but wrong board bro! But to help a brotha out email me, I've had pink eye as well as an eye infection 'cause of my horrible habits with not taking my contacts out and cleaning. Glad to be of assistance.

Pink eye with secondary infection. Get some J&J baby shampoo and clean the eye twice a day. Chances are you have ulcerations underneath your eyelid.

Beo - the shampoo is hypoalergenix as well as pH balanced. Won't hurt the eye at all...

How did it come about? Did you just wake up and noticed it was red?? Sometimes if you get a finger poked in your eye or hit really hard, it can rupture blood vessels in your eyes. It heels in time, and looks real nasty but doesn't hurt at all.

yes.. see i've had a bad cold for a while, and i woke up the other morning and my eye was all bloodshot, i figured it was just allergies but as time went on it got worse and worse till i could barely open my eye.. now its a dark dark red looks awful.

Are you taking any gear, or have you ever taken any gear? The reason I ask is that it is well known amongst the female population that an eye infection is a tell-tale sign that a person has taken anabolics.

If I were you, I would stop and never do them again.

Nooo i've never used anabolics.. but i have heard that rumor is true.
