pramid only closes overnight sat into sun morning. it's a decent gym, 2 floors, lots of everything. mixed croud, lots of hot strippers, lots of reg people, lots of juiceheads. no air in summer. can pay month-month.

what a shit hole. they have another gym in bergen county, cant remember where. fucking ridiculous how terrible that place was. no a/c, it was 200 degrees in there. and i sweat like im dying. i felt bad for those around me. gross and the equipment was dog shit too.

for real, it was during the heat wave where we were over 100 degrees for like 5 days and over 90 degrees at night. there was no a/c. i was sweating walking into the place. who can deal with that let alone pay for it?

There is a gold's gym that is opened 24/7 located in middletown n.j. It is off exit 114 on the parkway.
