Anyone in here training with HIT?

The HIT theory is size follows strength........the emphasis is on strength because it is an easier parameter to measure from one workout to the next.

Try it for 3 months, I'm sure you will see results if only from changing your current program will get your body growing again.

I've always trained with a low volume approach. More of a traditional hit though, each body part every 5-7 days, rather than the last version of HD where it's once or twice each month.

My gains have been decent. Started at 144.5lbs now up to 270lbs in about 4 1/2 years total time. I guess you could say it works for me.
