No he was not joking. He is a joke, but he was not joking.

What he got this misguided rant from is yoga is a form of Prayer. In the Hindu (sp?) belive you take a different position for each god. There are somethink like 2000-5000 gods, but I am not sure on this. Each god has it's own position. Holding the position is prayer to that god. If you have ordered a tape with the intention of doing a new cardio routien I would hardly call that prayer. I took yoga in school, and do not belive in the gods each postion represents, so I was not praying. Crossing your legs and resting your hands on your knees is one of the postions, I bet even our loud mouth (MuscularWarrier) has taken this postion from time to time. So I guess he is a devil worshiping, Sexual depraved, Crafty rag-head.
