The fact that your fiance has been stripping for 15 years should be a major problem with you. I think a normal adjusted female MIGHT go through just a phase of stripping when she is young, but for 15 years, thats a headcase anyway you look at it.

It isnt just the money bor, though of course thats a big part of it man. They also like the attention and sense of power. You need to understand that, because its hard for them to adjust to being "regular" people again.

Also, it fucks with their heads with respect to men. Varies in degree from girl to girl. Some get to the point where they want nothing to do with men at all. Others have issues a little more severe than normal. Can't do certain things without it effecting you. Not to say there arent some girls who can move on unphased, but dont count on it with your girl.

The other thing is the general sense of entitlement is usually more than what you'd expect even with any other attractive woman. Again not universal, but dont bet on being the one to buck the odds.

I think it should be a dating a stripper should be a Prerequisite to getting married. Guys need to know the + and - of dating a stripper, so they don't do it once they get married.

Example. My friend started his business about the same time I did. We both never had $. But, after a few yrs we started making $. Guess what ....the girls started coming out of the wood work. The problem for my friend he married at 24. (when we were still broke.) So, it was driving him nuts that he had girls after him, but married. We went to a strip club and he was throwing money around and met a "nice" stripper. He fell in love, left his wife and kid, and moved in w/her. (I quit talking to him) But, for 2 yrs she quit stripping and was the perfect girl. (or so he thought) I honestly don't know the details. But, she was cheating, doing drugs, and taking his money. All I know he lost 5 franchises and was broke. And, guess what happened. She dropped him and started stripping again.

He deserved it for leaving his family. But,this is why I tell you Faigs to not get married so young and live!!!!!!!!!

Umm hello, strippers get naked and perform lewd acts for men (mostly ugly ass nasty losers). They get zero respect from men, they're treated like mindless objects and used for their bodies. What kind of personality type do you think subjects themself to this?

I went to a strip bar 4 times in my life when I turned 18 (I was a horny teenager what can I say lol). I saw all I needed to see to know what the heck goes on in those places. It doesn't take a genious to figure it out. Our assumptions are based on the obvious duh.

It makes for some good drinking stories but I'd never date another one. When she wasn't working everything was cool but the job fucks with their heads and even the nicest girls get ho-d out on it eventually... low self esteem, drug use, guys pawing them all the time, when they're not gettin naked they lie for a living (the drinks hustle, pretending to give a shit about some fat middle aged assholes morgage and wife problems).. none of that stuff makes people better human beings if they do it every night.

I've been dating a "stripper" for the past 2 1/2 months, the last month I have severely backed away, way back, I know the stereotypes, I know the risk, however I'm a strong individual in all manners possible so none of that ever bothered me, but........almost every stereotype I have read in this thread and every reply involving something negative is right on the money, the girl I'm seeing/not seeing as much, her friends, etc all have "major" issues, I've had recent nights that Hugh Hefner would be proud of, unfortunatley these stereotypes that have been listed in here are pretty much true, not all fall under these categories but "most" do, and that is a fact.
