and considered a pro hormone if i am not mistaken..

No you most likely won't see any bodybuilding advantages by taking pregnenolone. It doesn't have any anabolic effects. Its used as an anti aging supplement

Dont bother, wont do anyting for your in regards to any gym progress just anti aging as said above.
