anyone have pectus?

does anyone have pectus? I've always had it, and never really cared till about 2 weeks ago I was throwing a med. ball and tore something in my chest. I can't laugh, cough, sneeze, etc. I can't do push-ups either. I've been doing some albuterol before I race and that seems to help alot (i don't have asthma). This shit hurts so bad that I am going to the doc. tommorrow. Anyone else had a prob like this?
