Anyone have any cysts or bone spurs

I have a cyst on my right wrist by the thumb. Doesn't ususally hurt but sometimes it makes the whole hand cramp really bad. Screws my grip totally up when that happens...

Used to have a bone spur right below my rioght knee form a car accident. I had a doc chop it off with a hammer and chisel while in the militray for free.
