anyone hade any problems with carecenter

I've ordered two different cases of needles and haven't received them yet. I've been charged for them though. One case was ordered three weeks ago with ground freight and was returned to sender. Carecenter gave them the wrong addy. The second was ordered two day air a week ago but no needles yet. I've emailed them but have yet get a reply. Any body have similiar problems or is this just my bad luck?

I had a similar problem. Call them and complain. I did that and they sent my pins DHL overnight for free.
