Anyone ever hang a flat panel tv?

its nto a big deal ...dry wall you just put the anchors in the wall and screws that expand when they go through the drywall...unless you pull on that tv it aint moving...or if you mount it to rotted drywall...lolol...makes sure you mount by a wall outlet so you can run the wires behind the wall and out the bottom to plug it in and for cable acc...

Sorry bro but there is NO WAY drywall (most interior wall board is 1/2" thick) is going to hold a 200+ lbs. TV.

i have a 50 inch plasma i had on the wall on drywall...mine i think weighed 125-150 pounds...the attachment i think had 8 bolts that attached to the wall...some may hit a beam others will not

sony is over priced and over rated.

in the regular class I agree(basic 40-52 inch lcds)
but if you're talking "top of the line kick you in the nuts is that picture for real?" class sony is NOT overrated
you get what you pay for

they say you should sit no closer than 12 feet from a 50 inch tv. si if your closer than 12 feet than go smaller.

try to buy online as you will save sales tax. also, most places ship free.
