Anyone ever did clen and T3 without dieting?

I am just curious if anyone has ever done a T3 and clen cycle to lean out but didn't go strict diet on it? I have benn eating MRP's and protien drinks during the day and eating a normal dinner about 6pm. Normal meaning whatever I want even if it's a hamburger and fries. Eating this way I have still dropped down from 260 to 245 in just about 3 weeks. I am still on test and deca at the same time also. So I was just curious if anyone else has done the same thing without strict dieting?
 
My pants are already fitting looser and I feel way trimmer in the morning when I wake up. I am pretty sure this id do to immediate water retensinn loss also.
 
Yes he means your heart, but it is no big deal no worst then the clen, if you are on T-3, clen and test, you will lean out even on a moderate diet.

Actually I think t-3 and clen work better with gear then with a strick diet and tons of carido.

i might try that one...regular dieting and training can produce the meekest results sometimes
 
Well I have to say that after eating a hamburger fries and a coke and still waking up lean is a bonus. I just make sure I bust my ass in the gym everyday. I know it would be evern better if I was full strict dieting but I can never seem to hold on to doing to that for a long period of time.
 
Change the "normal" dinner to a "normal" lunch (whatever normal means for you) and take a low carb MRP for dinner instead. You'll have better results yet!
