I am just curious if anyone has ever done a T3 and clen cycle to lean out but didn't go strict diet on it? I have benn eating MRP's and protien drinks during the day and eating a normal dinner about 6pm. Normal meaning whatever I want even if it's a hamburger and fries. Eating this way I have still dropped down from 260 to 245 in just about 3 weeks. I am still on test and deca at the same time also. So I was just curious if anyone else has done the same thing without strict dieting?
