Or atleast to get people to shut up?

Got it happening right now at my work.

A guy who left my Co. and is working at another company told a friend of mine who also works there this.

I have a script for HRT, BTW.

Who gives a fuck about what anyone thinks. It's the shit we have to deal with but it depends how you defuse the situation that makes it go away or continue.

Good point!

As far as using HIPPA law in your favor, word of mouth would be hard to prove. However, if you have medical documents that have crossed the wrong hands, thats another ball game.

The other question at hand is how this guy knows you have a script, did you tell him? If not, how did he find out? Thats the trail I would follow.

Good luck

Reading is fundamental...

I really don't give a fuck what they think, I was asking if anyone had used...

Fuck it, nevermind.

Hippa [sic] is a really cool way to keep people quiet. I think it sounds like (from your moniker) that you are a chiropractor and HIPAA applies if you have a medical confidence with the blabbermouth.

The problem is that there are insurance disclosure requirements that allow/ force doctors to report this in their reports to insurance. So, I have never had a HIPAA- related argument.

Good thought though...

you see a lot of juicing chiropractors out there and some do not have much common sense when they frequent sites like this and put chiro in their handles. or like "Dr. Dena whatever" a top IFBB women pro, a recent grad of Logan College. she insists that in all her IFFBB marketing she be referred to as doctor. gee do you think she juices? so for the most part your problem is most likely one of needing to pull your head out of your ass and use some common sense if not for yourself then for the profession. sorry but my guess is you have yourself to blame for your current problem.
