ok, im dieting and i have issues!!!! i've been convincing myself that whatever food im about to eat, whether its turkey or chicken or whatever...has something wrong with it. like, the other day i convinced myself that the turkey i was about to eat for lunch had gone bad, so i threw it out and had a protien shake instead. or, i was about to eat grilled chicken for dinner and i convinced myself that it wasnt cooked all the way. so i threw it out and had a bar instead..... i told you, i have issues!!!!!! has anyone else gone through something similar???
