Anyone else train EARLY morning?(please help)

I have to train at 5 am Mon,tues and thursday--the other days are at 8 pm-how and what should I eat pre/post training with this fucked up schedule? When I wake up at 4:30 am, its kinda hard to eat a big ass meal-please help
 
I train 3am and I dont eat before I train , I train then do cardio, then go home do my shots and eat shower. If I eat before training I'd throw up.

I usually shower AFTER I shoot as well. Don't get me wrong, I make sure my hands/injection site is clean, but I like to massage the shit out of where I just shot myself while taking a hot shower.
 
I get up 430 in the gym by 5AM... I try and do a protrein shake w/ a bannana to keep my energy level up along w/ some Trex... If I am running late it may just be an energy drink to get me through.
 
I train in the early morning, 5 am or so, at times. I don't eat before training but I use a zip lock bag, one that has a real zipper, and put my protein powder and some weight gainer in it with a straw. I carry that in my gym bag for after my workout. After my workout I take out the straw and put some warm water into the baggie. Shake it up and stick in the straw and drink it. When I'm done I throw the bag into the trash. Quick and easy with no mess to clean up later.

i get up 3:30 am train 45 min. then cardio 30 min on mt stomach been doing that for years no problems and plenty of energy for a hard work out.
 
Just get a whey shake down if you can't handle a meal. As long as you don't workout on an empty. Just then need to ask yourself where you're going to get the energy.
