Anyone else here only eat 4 meals/day (Inc. P. Shakes)???IN

I recently switched and I feel soooooooooo much better! Zero bloat whatsoever anymore!!!!

60-70 grams Protein each meal = 240-280 grams/day!

It's plenty........GOD I FEEL GREAT!

By the way, I used to do: 5-6 meals/day (inc P.shakes) in 50 Gram/Protein doses instead! ALWAYS bloated!

I eat 6 meals a day, 2 of which are shakes......50 gms of prot per meal and it works for me....IMO 4 is eating to infrequently.....

my last meal is 9-10 at night and breakfast is at 6......I'm dieting for a show but noramlly I would eat in the middle of the night......
 
I think 4/day is fine -- no less! 5 is optimal, 6 is perfection. I think the 6/day rule is for cutting or natural BBs -- 6 small meals to stay anabolic. If you are not cutting, I think 4 meals (which may include your protein drinks) per day is fine. (That's why MRPs and protein powders were invented -- because it is not practical to keep eating every 2-3 hours.) Unless you are a competing BB (amateur or pro), there is no need to be so strict UNLESS that is what makes you happy. What are YOUR goals?????
