I train basically just to look good in summer, i havent given a crap about how much weight I could lift since high school. here is my weekly routine.
I train arms like 3x/week
I hit chest reallly hard but I dont flat bench
I do lame ass shoulder and back workouts cuz I got good genes their.
I NEVER train legs...my legs are naturally pretty big and when I train them my jeans get to tight and I feel like Tiger88.
I also do rope crunches at the end of every workout ( the only ab exercise i do).
oh and anything that makes your waist bigger ..ie: deadlifts,squats, oblique exercises... I wont go near.
