how much actual work do you do in a week now? hours wise

if you have a good system and get the shit you need to get done in a quick manner, you really don't have to work much in this biz....

off the leads i have my assistant producing i spend 1-2 hours on the phone a night and i can pump out 1 loan a week. selling them and submitting them takes no time at all

Maybe 10 hours. I just get a call saying someone wants to buy a house or needs to refi and I either meet with them or do it over the phone. I just got one from a friend and I feel kind of bad. His mom's getting divorced and needs to give her husband half the equity in the house. It'll be a $600K loan (good), but her rate is going up 2% and her payment by around $1,500. Perfect credit, it's just where rates are now. She's so nice too.

Fitness equipment, the spendy shit you see in gyms and whatnot. $6000 treadmills, $7000 ellipticals, stuff like that. I just make sure everyone gets their job done, and since most of my employees have been here for years I don't really need to babysit anyone.

I'm so lazy, the last piece for my new computer came today, I've got a big pile of parts on my bed, and all I've done is mount the power supply in the case then sit down and cruise the web on my old system.

No, I'm working very hard today. I've already been at work for 9 hrs and have done about 3 mins of work and the other 8 hrs and 57 mins I've filed my nails, talked to a supplier about music for an hr, went out for a extended lunch and now I'm surfing the net. Lazy, I THINK NOT!!!
