I've seen everything from lat and trap injections ( im sure hard to do) on spot injections, but i have never seen a pic or heard of anyone doing a hamstring injection. im sure it wouldn't be too bad, anyone done it?? :alien:

No. Mine are not developed enough to try it. You need super-hams for that shit. At least, that would be my guess! The hammies are very long, and narrow. I'm sure someone on here has at least tried it :worried: :Chef: :tuc:

Bionic, because someone is taking injections that are everyday or every second day, I can see why they may look for new injection spots. I can see why you might do that. However, Sweed, your around here long enough now to know that spot injections serve no other purpose than being just another muscle to inject into. They do not cause any extra muscle growth in the spot they are injected into. Some guys confuse the swelling with muscle growth when they do something like a bicep injection, but the glute is as good as anything else.

And dont get me wrong, i wouldnt hit my hammy ever. I hit, in this order:
1. Glutes
2. Quads
3. Delts
4. Tris
5. Chest

Never hit bi's, but I'd probably go for them over lats or calves. I remember posting one time about forearm injections and RADAR said he hits there soemtimes. Fuckin burly!

i know one person that does. he uses a 25ga 5/8in pin. i personally like not walking funny from anything else than leg training.

chefbone is right on with this one the hams are long and thin, hard to hit, with alot of nerves and tendons and fascia in there to get in the way...toooo risky IMO, plus I wouldnt want to weaken the hams tendons, ever snapped a hammy....OUCH!!!!!

I now this is old thread from back in the day, but I just can't leave this one. 7 years 2 months Google "hamstring injections".
Glutes shots are Ok.

Why the fuck would you bump an 8 year old thread? I doubt the OP is still waiting for your reply to make his decision.

Whew! Calm down. OP you need some serious counseling and your use of profanity shows that you should lower your dosing. If I made a posting here I'm sure not to get answer that I want, but I'm sure get a reply from some arrogant bastard who will chime in here. I'm pretty much 99.9% correct in most of my summations about blow hard blokes. Whether I've been here for 10 days or 10 years, it doesn't matter "Hamstring Injections" came to my mind so I did a search and this forum pops up in the search, so I made the post. Just wondering if there are others doing such shots. So is there a written rule or law against posting in old threads that are still opened when they should have been closed by ADMIN or some mod years ago? Close this one moderator.
I'm done with it.
Start a new thread you say? No thank you sir. I'll just slowly distance myself from ......
