Arny and Drapers, 18 set bi blaster. they would do 6 sets of 3 different exercises. ex. standing barbell curl, seated curls, db curls. one of them would start with at least 10 reps and then handoff the bar to the other (so the only rest is when your partner is doing his 10) for 18 sets. I've never tried it but i heard if you're stuck on bi's, they're good to try for stimulating new fibers and shocking your bis. Doesn't sort of sound like overtraining though???
