Anybody here ACE certified?

I'm thinking of getting certified and looking at various programs and certs. Does anybody know what this ACE cert says under the person's name?

I got my ACE certification about 15 years ago, and have probably forgotten 90% of the info on the exam.

I was in my late teens when I took the exam, but that was the hardest Goddamn test I ever took... At the time at least, ACE and NASM were the most difficult certifications to require as compared to all the McCertifications available from the other online programs... I have no idea if ACE is still as respected as it was back in the day, but it used to carry some clout.

I already know what the title is. But they did print some words as well. I figure that they must have had a good reason to print those words. Just curious as to what those works actually say. I guess that seems strange to you?

ACE is now the easiest certification to get in the world of personal training. Others are your ACSM and NASM certifications. I believe the NASM is the toughest to achieve. A good route to go is get those while going to school, snag your bachelors and then become a CSCS. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)

Good advice. If this is a field you want to do as a career. I'd go the college classes route along with NASM certificate.

ACE is still accepted by some gyms though. But would put it at the bottom of them all.
