first off i only bench once a week and have done so for about 6 mos
every other week i throw in the zero momentum
what i've been doing is reverse bands with chains with a good 1-2 second pause and working up to a one rep max
i use the green and purple bands reversed and have used two sets of greens reversed a couple of times. i also usually use 60 lbs of chains with it
i follow it with the usual tricep work - halbert board/band lockouts, jm presses and a dumbell (tate?) press
we'll see what's up with the shirt tonite
tonight is shirt then some high end board work - maybe some rack lockouts
i haven't done the regular bands w/ chains like mule suggests yet, but prolly will next week
