anybody do there cardio in the evenings

if i am really trying to cut i just make sure i have not eaten carbs a few hours before training and take in just protein before and after the workout and go to bed.

after teh workout i have a whey shake and then before bed i try to have some chicken or maybe steak

I've just got back from mine:) (it's 9.30pm here). It's the 1st time I've done evening cardio in ages and I forgot how much more indurance and staying power I have. In terms of cutting down though, not sure if there are any benefits compared to an empty stomach.
 
When I am doing cardio, which lately is pretty rare, I almost always do it in the evening due to schedule. Calories burned are calories burned. If its not as efficient, then go longer/further. I can understand the whole jumpstart on the day theory, but the main point is doing it.
