hhaha

actually you can hold shift and it will go back to lowercase :)

CoQ10 is a great idea. CoQ10 is short for coenzyme 10. It is used in your heart, brain and it is also a great antioxidant. CoQ10 is present in the mitochondria of almost all of your living tissue. The mitochondria are the major powerplants of your cells. The heart is full of mitochondria simply because your heart uses alot of energy and cannot go into oxygen debt. CoQ10 is used to treat hypertension and can be beneficial in the case of heart failure. Since your heart is pretty pissed off at you right now for all the shit you stuck in your body, CoQ10 would be a good supplement to take.

Also, it gives you sometijng to do with your mouth wich will help out with your mental dependency.

karma...

This is really a side issue of mouth health rather than helping one quit.

I've come across mention of a few studies where CoQ10 was used to actually treat some forms of cancer, both independantly and as a treatment adjunct. While I would not forego conventional medical treatment for any form of cancer, I have and would use things like CoQ10 in addition.

As for mouth issues and CoQ10, I have known a few people with mouth conditions that responded favorably to CoQ10: A lady I knew developed gingivitis of unknown cause. She went to a specialist who removed and replaced half of her upper front teeth. She eventually went to an holistic dentist who prescribed CoQ10 gel to be used on her gums. Game, set, match for the problem. A friend of mine had a severe ulcerative gum reaction following use of a sports mouthpiece that cut him. He nearly lost his teeth as well. I told him to get to a dentist but in the meanwhile to chew up some CoQ10 a couple of times a day. He eventually cancelled his dentist visit (although I recommended him to see the dentist anyway) as it cleared up immediately.

The risk I see is of preventing mouth cancer as well as gingivitis. While I cannot say for sure that chewable CoQ10 is going to prevent mouth cancer in the least, if I were a gambling man I'd say the research will one day back this claim. Because it seems to help the mouth heal faster, it is worth a shot to anyone using tobacco IMHO.

Thanks for all of the replies guys. One more question, Where can I find Chewable CoQ10? I would like to try it in conjunction with some DMAE. Also, Does DMAE make you "feel" a certain way? I mean like jittery or anything? Just curious cause I dont really want that.

Try nicotine flavored chewing gums to quit smoking. It is proving to be a successful alternative for cigarettes. It is a boon to all those who wants to quit smoking. Though it may sound silly and negative, it works well. Fear of losing valuable things in life will give immense strength to face and overcome the problems. Think about the side effects of the cigarettes and have fear of losing your health, family, happiness and life. When you start fearing about all the loss you will face due to smoking or any other habits, you tend to hate smoking and gradually avert from that. Even if you are offered to smoke, you tend to withdraw from that place. Keep trying, ultimately you’ll end up quit smoking or other bad habits and lead a better life.

Dry snuff. It goes in the nose. All of the tobacco and none of the cancer. The only documented case of cancer from dry snuff came from some weirdo that was putting it in his ear and he got ear cancer.

I recommend mrsnuff.com
