any suggestions on getting energy while running clen?

I hate clen, Crappy unhealthy drug. Guys use it the last few weeks before a show to get ripped and then put the weight back on a week later. What's the point?

exactly.. i tried it for the hell of it, got some for free... it has its purpose in the bodybuilding community and i respect that, but for the regular joe a couple laps around the track after the gym is much healthier and will have pretty much the same effect.
 
leadhead is right, I and people that I know usualy take clen in a pyramid, day1-3 20mcg, day4-6 40mcg etc. for 3 weeks max, dont go higher than 100mcg. The sides lasts for 1 week, than it will go partly away, sides are faster heart beat, you wont fall asleep because the louder heart beat, and I get muscle cramps- its like hell :(. But clen is exellent for strength, when you are on AAS. For example on a bench day - 60mg DBOL ED and 20-40mcg max. clen 1-2 hours before training, Im able to bench 450 lbs for 7 reps. without clen i cant do it.
