Get a new Dr bro.
I run Deca at 150 to 200 ml/week. When I rum at 200 I use dostinex 2x/week.
Just keep your blood tests up and you should be fine on the doses that you are talking about.

I am a doctor and I think you would get better info. from this site than most doctors. I would cruise with the test and maybe the deca. It's just too much of a hassle to deal with the medical community.
