I have been bulking for 6 weeks and I've been eating like I'm supposed to...but my digestive system feels so taxed. I could probably go 2 days without the desire to eat, nothing sounds good.
Could I take a couple of days and just eat some fruit, vegies, a little protein to let my system rest?
Then restart the bulking of course.
All I'd be giving up is 2 days of potential gains right? Not gonna lose muscle while on cycle.
