Any real problem taking a couple days off eating?

I have been bulking for 6 weeks and I've been eating like I'm supposed to...but my digestive system feels so taxed. I could probably go 2 days without the desire to eat, nothing sounds good.

Could I take a couple of days and just eat some fruit, vegies, a little protein to let my system rest?

Then restart the bulking of course.

All I'd be giving up is 2 days of potential gains right? Not gonna lose muscle while on cycle.
 
I don't see why not. Just make sure you get your daily protein amount. Drink lots of water and get good fiber sources. Maybe your getting constipated. Lol...serious though. Maybe your not getting enough fiber.
 
I think I'm getting enough fiber for a normal person but perhaps not for someone consuming as much food as I am right now.
 
metamucil is a gift from god

especialy if your like me and arnt a real big fan of veggies
 
bro it is a good idea to actually plan a day of low cals i.e. maintence cals every week just like an up day when cutting. just dont go below maintance
 
yes, metamucil or psyillium fiber (I think it's the same thing, minus the flavor and "brand name").

I'm sure it won't hurt you, probably keep you saine... it's good to take a break every now and again for your CNS too with heavy training.

I agree. I did that on the bulking cycle I just came off of. On saturdays I took off from training and gave myself a break from 6 meals a day. Definitely keeps you sane. Its hard to maintain the motivation to eat on a constant basis. Go for it bro.

for sure. i remember in arizona it was 115 degrees i could not eat. so i took mass tech shakes all day for a week and actually put on a few lbs. everyone said you have to eat real food but if you take in sufficient protein your good
