Part of being a trainer is providing a service - and people pay more for the convenience of not having to leave their home.

If they are going to travel, they can get better equipment and more room at an actual gym. Why would they pay to come to your house unless you have a wicked facility in your basement?

It'd work if you were FEMALE only training FEMALE clients.

I've never heard of training at the trainers home. I've hard of training at clients homes tho (rich peopel with gyms already).

You'd have to differentiate yourself - establish yourself as an independent trainer - if you do that properly they'll meet you anywhere you ask. They'll also be ok with limited equipment since it's you that has the specialize skills that they're paying for -

I know a couple of trainers that do this and pull it off very well - and I have many clients meet me at parks where I bring essentially no equipment, and it works out fine -
