I just seem to notice i remain pumped for a longer period of time after working out. I havent noticed the soreness that i was told i would get tho. So, thats a good thing. I use the Pnp version also btw. Oh, and after i take it on a empty stomach i can taste it for a couple hrs after, so dont plan on kissing anyone cause its nasty.lol
You know what I am talking about.. the latest "rage" in supps.
My boy Paul told me that a lot of pros use it, but only prior to a photo shoot or contest because the effects are temporary - hour or two - to say the least.
I am going to try some of this shit to see if it works.
Taking AAKG or arginine by itself is NOT the same thing as taking NO2 and will not give you the pumps that NO2 gives you. To be honnest taking arginine by itself will barelly give you a pump at all. It's the delivery system that makes your muscles appear pumped all day. It's not just the arginine. And it's true that all they do is give you a pump. But for some people a pump is very worth it. When you are cut and spend half the day walking around with sleveless or tight shirts or preparing for a shoot, it can make you appear much more vascular and defined. NO2 combined with AAS gives you insane bloat free pumps. Many juicers are NO2 users and love the effect it gives them. If you ask any of them they will tell you that Arginine by itself is garbage when it comes to pumps compared to NO2 even at 20 grams a day. NO2 doesn't work for everyone, but it does for lots.
I just don't see Glutamine acting as an uptaking enhancer when the whole purpose of L-arganine is to act as an uptake enhancer for no2 levels in muscle tissue.
But you keep shelling out the bucks for the label.
