I have a major issue with my account and really need help. Put in a trougle ticket 2 days ago and dont think it has been addressed. talked to Rick on the CS line one time he said he'd fix. he sent a PM I didn't get it but was alerted in my email. This sucks and I am bummed........... Please if someone can help me.

I joined a little more than a month ago and just went plat like late last week. I changed my screenname all my shit went away and now it says mamber since 2001 all my Karma gone all my posts are gone emails everything I have like mirror accounts now. It is really screwed

no but my PM's are going there and if I password reset it resets the old acct not this one but the old account name changed to MILLENNIUM too. so I cant login it always logs me in to this one but this acct says plat too

Original handle was MLNIUM then i went plat and for some reason it went to lower case mlnium I tried to change it back and the system said sorry already an account MLNIUM so I went to MILLENNIUM and all this shit happened. My account got wiped it says 2001 and I had no posts no Karma but yet I am Plat. I don't get it this is a fucking nightmare I wanna break my computer. I had people sending me PM's and it says i havem in my email but when I login no PM's so they are going to the mirror account.
