there are a lot of post on here about var only cycles. Most people (not all) report nice gains on what you mention although typically the cycles are longer. Keep your protein high and its synergistic with creatine as well. Understand that while its called the safest of the aas it destorys lipids and fast. its wise to use policosanol , vita e and c, r-ala(glucorell) fish and flax oils . In addtion a small dose of nolva (maybe 10mg) daily will help with the lipids. In general while it depends on the person the amount of var you are going to take shuts you down, some more than other....its is always wise to hve the nolva and hcg on hand. hope that helps some bro
