Any guys with chick roommate?

I've been tossing the idea around about getting a female roommate to help out with the bills a little bit. I've never had a female roommate. Any advice?
 
All the horror stories I heard were from 2+ male roommates together. Never heard anything back from guys who had a female roommate.
 
for 3 years back in the 80's I shared a house with total 9 girls

it'll get way complicated. especially when her boyfriend Trent or Trevor or whatever his name is, is over all the time. walking around your place in sandals, man. he'll drink straight out of your milk container....

no. they were pretty much ignorant trash. but looked good in heels. lots of "traffic" in the house. nights were great, but mornings, with kids bouncing around to Barney vids, well, that just plain sucked.

Lived with six girls in uni, and it was both the best and worst like they have said.

One was cool and fun and I ended up having sex with her but regretted it because we still had to live together and she wanted an actual relationship.

The worst part - when their periods would synchronize. Ouch.

right now actually.... lived her a month, and she has slept here a total of maybe 10 times... she is always at her bfs so I pretty much have this place alone... kinda lonely but can't complain, no fights or anything

Living alone is key, but paying the bills alone sucks ass. Specially w/ cable/internet averaging out @ $115 now...wtf....

My roommate is coming back after the summer, aka this weekend.

i had a girl room mate. everything seemed fine for the first few months. till the bitch went psycho. then she left and screwed me and other room mate over b/c we had to split her rent bill and cable , internet....

bottom line. dont do it. it may be fine for awhile, but it will quickly go downhill

Girl roommates are usually really picky about every little thing. I always preferred male roommates...less nagging involved.
 
my roommate isn't bad. but she got prego, so Imma get my own place. i'm a nekkid person anyways so...i can see the freedom soon!!!

the last roomate I had was a 35 y/o career female with a teenage son.
She was gorgeous. looked like a barbie doll. I was her personal traienr and we just exchanged me training her for rent.
I swear on my life I never slept with her. We remain excellent friends to this day. It was really nice not having ANY bills other than my cell bill for 3 years.... :)
Moved in when I was 19- out @ 22 with a shitload of $$ and strong buissness under me.

I had one recently, couldn't pay the rent, was a slob, ate my food, was a LOUD talker, and the biggest drama queen( she'd put any EF girl to shame)

All in all it was great :rolleyes:
