Are anti-estrogens any good? Do they help for muscle gains? Does anybody have anything on this?

Maybe i wasn't accurate with my question..

Do the anti-estrogens on the market and shelves of stores help any? Such as ergopharm 6-oxo, ect.?

Or are all those just pointless and gay?

In the case of 6OXO, yes. But Dermacrine and POST CYCLE are proven to lower estrogen -- not as much as a drug but you may not need that much. And if estrogen gets too low it's worse than having it too high.
