Anti estrogens during cycle

I know much info regarding anti e has been posted. Just wondering if you can help streamline dosages of nolvadex and proviron during cycle. I just started a 500 mg sustanon and 400 mg EQ cycle. Sustanon for 8wks and EQ for 10 wks. I have tiny not under right nipple from past cycle (i believe from drinking on cycle) I am pretty lean and want to avoid any further complications. Much appreciation

just remember that anti-e's during cycle will hinder strenght as estrogen=water=sterngth/

I believe it was more from the cycle than from the drinking

that knot isnt from drinking - lol , its from your last cycle. it's called gyno

It is in dutch so you probably cant read it, but there's some kind of graphic on it with test.dosage and anti e dosage. I think you'll understand it.

Thank you for the responses, very helpful. Mr. Holland appreciate the link, a bit confused on the dosage. I figured based on the table provided that i would only require approx 100mg of proviron and 40 mg of nolva per week seems a bit light for 500mg sus and 400 mg EQ. Does that dosage sound reasonable?

To me it does...
I always keep me to those dosages. Works for me

Still if you are not sure.. higer the dose a little...
Or start with the perscripted dosages and if you bloat to much, or you're nipples are getting itchi add some more

I'm running same cycle soon... only i'm frontloading 10 days w/ prop. I consider my self gyno sensitive so i'll have novl on hand @10mg-20mg/day (only if needed ) and .5 mg-1mg letrozol during, for any bloat.
